About the role

The Cluster Team Leader will head a group of Sales Executives and quality agents in Ghana, overseeing the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition to collection, recovery and usage. This position combines strategic planning with hands‑on team management to meet acquisition targets and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Align with cluster acquisition targets and implement operational strategies.
  • Organise field sales activities to achieve revenue and quality goals.
  • Ensure timely IDC installations at customer sites.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory audits and produce stock audit reports.
  • Train and mentor sales executives and quality officers on policies, sales techniques and customer relationship building.
  • Manage daily team meetings, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee stock management, daily SAH updates and loss recovery.
  • Coordinate with quality officers to guarantee system usage.
  • Handle complex on‑site incidents such as theft, fire or violence.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new agents.
  • Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

Required profile

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and field‑team management.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Experience with data‑driven decision making and reporting.
  • Background in recruitment and onboarding of sales staff.
  • Familiarity with performance‑based compensation structures.
  • High accountability and consistency in monitoring results.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to build resilient team culture.
