About the role

The Cook will work full‑time on‑site at Sai Wine & Champagne Café in Accra, preparing tapas and continental dishes for lunch, dinner and special events. The role focuses on delivering consistent quality, taste and portion control while supporting a smooth guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, cook and plate menu items, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and follow food safety practices.
Coordinate with the service team to manage order timing during busy periods.
Assist with inventory checks, proper storage of ingredients and suggest menu improvements.

Required profile

Professional cooking skills with experience in continental cuisine and tapas‑style dishes.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders.
Effective teamwork and communication with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
