Credit Field Officer

About the role
The Credit Field Officer will support Purple Lilac Microcredit Enterprise by managing loan collections and promoting micro‑credit products across the Accra and Tema regions. Working directly with clients, you will ensure timely cash recovery, assess collateral and help expand the institution’s outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Collect cash repayments from customers in assigned territories.
- Promote and market loan products to prospective borrowers.
- Inspect and verify collateral offered for micro‑credit facilities.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
- Computer literate and able to use basic office software.
- Team player with high integrity and honesty.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
