Dispatch Supervisor

About the role

The Dispatch Supervisor leads the logistics team to ensure end‑to‑end transportation operations run smoothly, from order entry to settlement documentation, in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide staff through the complete logistics process, including order processing, waybill management and settlement documentation.
• Coordinate with transportation suppliers to secure capacity, classify and manage supplier performance.
• Handle transportation‑related incidents, cargo losses and other operational exceptions.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of logistics experience, including at least three years in a supervisory or managerial dispatch role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and creating process flowcharts.
