Driver Welfare Analyst – Champion Welfare Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Driver Welfare Analyst to oversee the wellbeing of our Champions. The role combines welfare operations, data analytics, and employee engagement to ensure a supportive environment and high retention.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily attendance of Champions, follow up on absences, and monitor turnover and retention rates.
• Handle personal events such as leave, birthdays, accidents, and emergencies, escalating when necessary.
• Research and recommend insurance and HMO options; collect related fees.
• Conduct exit interviews, collate feedback, and propose retention improvements.
• Design and run champion surveys, analyze results, and implement recognition programs.
• Maintain accurate champion records (hard and soft copies) and prepare analytical reports for supervisors.
• Develop and manage databases, data collection systems, and perform statistical analysis to identify trends.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, welfare, or analyst roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and people‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, resilient, and able to prioritize in a busy environment.

Required skills

• High computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
