Recruiter – Ghana & Nigeria

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Ghana and Nigeria. Based in Ghana, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract and select high‑quality talent, supporting both immediate hiring needs and long‑term talent strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and selection criteria.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, references, and offers.
• Build talent pipelines and nurture passive candidates for future needs.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the organisation at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and structured interview tools.
• Maintain recruitment records in ATS and HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and transparent candidate experience as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of in‑house talent acquisition experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Advanced level of English.
