HR Product Manager – Remote

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced HR‑sector professional to own the commercial growth of Baggins HR in Ghana. You will work remotely, driving customer acquisition, subscription revenue and product adoption for our all‑in‑one HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire organisations that need HR management and workforce automation solutions.
• Develop and execute market‑specific growth and acquisition strategies, promote Baggins HR through professional networks and partnerships, and convert trial users into paying subscribers.
• Maintain relationships with HR directors, recruitment managers and business owners, encourage renewals and minimise cancellations.
• Track verified subscription revenue, acquisition and retention metrics, and keep accurate records of prospects and outcomes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in human resources, recruitment, payroll administration or HR technology.
• Proven ability to generate SaaS subscription revenue and manage a commercial pipeline without a sales team.
• Established network or demonstrated capability to build relationships within HR and recruitment communities.
• High standards of professionalism, accountability and integrity.

• Accurate record‑keeping and reporting of revenue and acquisition data.
