Information Processing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Information Processing Specialist to manage large volumes of data across databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing to support efficient business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize information from multiple sources.
• Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Verify information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper formatting.
• Identify and correct errors, duplicate records, and missing information.
• Perform data validation and quality‑control checks.
• Maintain digital records, files, and documentation.
• Extract, consolidate, and process data imports, exports, and system updates.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries for internal use.
• Track processing activities, pending items, and completed tasks.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support internal teams with information requests and data‑related tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processing accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in information processing, data entry, data management, administration, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Reliable, methodical, and proactive work approach.
