About the role
Bellezza Beauty Residence, a spa and beauty/wellness company in East Legon, Accra, is looking for a meticulous Inventory & Stock Manager to ensure accurate stock management and support the retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch products while monitoring expiry dates and slow‑moving items.
- Prepare stock reports, support audits, and report losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the sales team to guarantee product availability.
Required profile
- Diploma/HND/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in inventory, stock control, warehousing or a similar role.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and ability to commute to East Legon.

- Microsoft Excel
- Inventory management systems
