About the role
We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to support our factory building and renovation projects. The role offers hands‑on experience in construction, maintenance and site coordination, providing a solid foundation for a future career in the building sector.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with factory building, renovation and maintenance activities.
- Monitor progress of construction and maintenance tasks.
- Support the coordination of contractors, subcontractors and on‑site workers.
- Conduct basic site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and building maintenance.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Responsible, eager to learn and able to work on‑site.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
