Manicurist – Full‑time Spa Position

About the role

Cleliza Massage & Spa in Accra is seeking a full‑time Manicurist to join its on‑site team in the Ayawaso district. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality manicures and pedicures while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing and nail health treatments.
• Consult with clients on style preferences, recommend suitable nail services and create on‑trend nail art.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards, set up clean workstations and manage product inventory.
• Coordinate appointments and collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Strong nail care skills with experience in manicures, pedicures and basic nail health.
• Background in cosmetology or nail art, with a portfolio of stylish, creative designs.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude, clear communication and ability to build client loyalty.
• Attention to detail, reliability and flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.
