Marketing Officer – Brand Management & Strategy

About the role

The Marketing Officer will join the Shalina brands team to develop and execute marketing strategies that build top‑of‑mind (TOM) brand awareness and drive profitable sales. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into actionable campaigns across both ATL and BTL channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands.
• Create demand and position brands as TOM through OOH, radio, social media, media buying and BTL activities.
• Conduct customer and market surveys, demographic polling, and competitor analysis to shape research‑based strategies.
• Forecast brand potential, analyze pricing and sales data, and identify new product opportunities.
• Manage KOL relationships, CRM initiatives, CME events and conferences to gather marketing insights.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, business development, medical, and external suppliers for campaign execution.
• Lead field representatives and marketing team members during campaign rollout.
• Measure campaign performance, report results, and identify gaps for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
• Experience in brand management, product management or pharmaceutical sales.
• Exposure to Rx (prescription) brands is a plus.
• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of advertising and print production.
