About the role
We are looking for a Mathematics Expert to design and solve challenging math problems that evaluate the reasoning capabilities of large language models. This is a remote, task‑based contractor position.
Key responsibilities
- Design and solve challenging mathematics problems for AI model testing.
- Create clear, step‑by‑step solutions with detailed reasoning.
- Develop novel mathematical scenarios to probe complex reasoning pathways.
- Provide annotations and constructive feedback to improve model performance.
Required profile
- PhD in Mathematics or equivalent technical field.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, structured reasoning.
- Excellent written communication for detailed feedback.
- Prior experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, or related analytical roles is preferred.
