About the role
The Penman is launching a short‑form investigative social series that examines Ghana's retail landscape. We need a mobile‑first videographer and editor to capture street‑level footage in Accra and turn it into high‑retention videos for social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Film two production days across retail locations on the Dome and Haatso‑Atomic axis, moving discreetly in active stores.
- Edit the raw footage into engaging short‑form videos optimized for social media.
Required profile
- Comfortable shooting with a smartphone in busy public spaces without disrupting business.
- Enthusiastic about collaborative, impact‑driven storytelling and building a portfolio.
Required skills
- Proficiency with iPhone 12 or newer for mobile videography.
- Experience using a wireless microphone kit (e.g., DJI, Rode).
- Basic video editing skills for short‑form social content.
