Multi-Country Programme Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term, Remote

About the role

Generation is seeking a Multi‑Country Programme Manager to lead the delivery of its training cohorts across several African markets, initially Nigeria, Kenya and Ethiopia. This 12‑month fixed‑term, fully remote role coordinates programme design, partnership management and operational execution at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑country cohorts, ensuring the Generation methodology is applied consistently.
• Maintain quality standards and safeguard compliance across all satellite markets.
• Develop and manage the multi‑country programme calendar, balancing timelines and resources.
• Oversee local partnership development and manage relationships with Training Service Partners (TSPs).
• Represent Generation in‑country and coordinate cross‑border operational problem‑solving.
• Facilitate remote learner mobilisation, localized infrastructure support and distributed job‑placement pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating programmes across multiple countries or regions.
• Comfort working remotely with distributed teams and partners.
• Strong ability to solve complex coordination challenges at scale.
