National Service Personnel – Marketing

About the role

This temporary, on‑site position based in Accra supports the marketing team with day‑to‑day activities. You will assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, prepare marketing materials, and contribute to social media and content initiatives while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and update marketing collateral and presentation materials.
• Contribute to social media content creation and management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance data.
• Provide general administrative support to the consulting services.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation to handle client inquiries and support positive experiences.
• Relevant tertiary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Eligibility for national service and willingness to learn and take initiative.
