Procurement Data Analyst

About the role

The Procurement Data Analyst will collect, clean, and interpret procurement and supply‑chain data to support strategic sourcing and cost‑optimization decisions. You will work closely with procurement, finance, warehouse and operations teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze procurement and supply‑chain data from ERP systems and spreadsheets.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports on purchasing, supplier performance, inventory, and spend analysis.
• Monitor procurement activities to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Track supplier pricing, lead times, delivery performance, and contract compliance.
• Support procurement planning by forecasting demand and analyzing purchasing trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement performance reports for management.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and procurement strategy development.
• Maintain data integrity and organized documentation.
• Support digital transformation and procurement automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
