Property Sales Executive

About the role

Jacob West Ltd, a property development company focused on turning existing commercial spaces, emerging urban areas and large tracts of land into community-focused projects, is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Sales Executive in Accra. The role drives sales of residential and commercial properties in its portfolio, from lead management to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads from prospecting to closing, conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing and payment plans.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and coordinate with legal and finance teams to complete sales documentation and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up on inquiries and build long-term client relationships.
• Give management feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Work with marketing teams on promotions and represent the company at events, open houses and client meetings.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in property or real estate sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong client relationship management, including professional communication, negotiation and presentation.
• Solid understanding of property markets, valuation basics and transaction processes in Ghana and across Africa.
• Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage several prospects and prioritise in a fast pace.
• High integrity and reliability, with a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and basic digital tools for lead management, reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with property laws, financing options and documentation processes is an advantage.
