About the role

Aurora Property Services is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Accra. You will manage the complete sales cycle for property services, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Identify and contact prospective clients, conduct property viewings and prepare tailored proposals.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and record activities in CRM and sales systems.
Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure service delivery.
Track market trends in Accra and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

Proven sales, negotiation and closing ability with a track record of meeting targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to changing client needs.

Required skills

Experience with CRM systems and basic digital tools.
Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
