Relationship Manager – Business Development & Marketing

About the role

The Relationship Manager will develop and nurture relationships with assigned target‑market customers, driving business growth for the bank. You will work within the Business Development and Marketing Division to achieve revenue and market‑share objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Formulate and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the bank’s customer base.
• Analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness of clients.
• Monitor team performance against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Stay informed on industry developments, fiscal and monetary policies, and banking trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd class); Master’s degree or professional qualification is an advantage.
• At least five years of relevant experience in Ghanaian financial services, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
• Broad understanding of the banking environment and strong analytical abilities.
