Rider – Delivery & Garment Collection

About the role

The Rider will be responsible for safely collecting and delivering garments for HAPPY Program’s laundry service across Accra and Tema. Using the Clean Cloud Driver's App, you will follow scheduled pickups, inspect vehicle and garment conditions, and ensure accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the motorcycle daily for brakes, fuel, oil, insurance, and roadworthiness; submit a daily condition report.
• Follow the pickup schedule, navigate with the Clean Cloud Driver's App, and verify customer information before each collection.
• Inspect each garment with the customer present, record any damage or special care instructions in the Clean Cloud POS.
• Collect payments where applicable, issue receipts, and reconcile cash or mobile‑money collections daily.
• Update order status in the app, hand over garments to the plant, and assist with accurate tagging and verification.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Valid motorcycle license and ability to operate a motorcycle safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and plant staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Clean Cloud Driver's App.
• Experience using the Clean Cloud POS system.
