About the role

Staidorf Consult, an IT solutions provider in Accra, is looking for a motivated Sales Marketing Executive to join its on‑site team. You will play a key part in driving market awareness, generating sales leads, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Execute sales initiatives, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Required profile

• Proficiency in market planning and market research.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.
