Sales & Marketing Officer (IT/Software Sales)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer will promote the company’s software products and technology solutions, generate new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. This role requires a proactive, results‑driven individual who can identify market needs and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market software products and technology solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase visibility and revenue.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and client engagements.
• Travel within and outside Ghana as required for business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (advantageous).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the software, IT, or technology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel when needed.

• Salary: GHS 4,000 – GHS 5,000 per month.
• Performance bonus.
