About the role

Encore Media, a growing multimedia content provider in Ghana, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business development and promote its suite of media services. The role focuses on building relationships with businesses that need content creation, video production, social media management, website development, and other media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients across various industries.
• Promote Encore Media’s services, including photography, videography, social media management, and website development.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to tailor proposals that meet client objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics and report on sales activities.
