About the role
The Sales Representative for HFS will be responsible for executing sales business plans and delivering in‑store fundamentals across an assigned territory. The role focuses on maximizing brand consumption, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent market coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver superior in‑store fundamentals to drive brand sales and meet objectives.
- Execute sales business plans flawlessly to achieve targeted volume and in‑store goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support account penetration.
- Cover all assigned outlets with the agreed frequency to sustain fundamentals and productivity.
- Identify new and potential customers and recommend additions to the coverage plan.
- Communicate market events, competitor actions, and customer feedback to management.
- Adhere strictly to HFS CBD SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
- Live the company values and principles in daily activities.
Required profile
- University graduate.
