Security Guard

About the role

Micasso, a leading tile brand in Ghana, is looking for a disciplined Security Guard to protect its Spintex plaza. The role requires a vigilant presence, quick response to incidents, and strict adherence to security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all entry and exit points of the facility.
• Conduct routine patrols of the showroom, premises and surrounding areas.
• Operate CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately.
• Verify visitor and vendor access according to company procedures.
• Manage vehicle movement and guide parking within the plaza.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, fires, accidents or other emergencies.
• Preserve incident scenes, document reports and maintain accurate daily logs.
• Assist customers and ensure the safety of staff and visitors during working hours.
• Enforce company rules, safety standards and security protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security or protective services.
• Basic education (SHS/WASSCE) or equivalent; military training is an advantage.
• Strong discipline, integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
