Security Guard

About the role

Micasso Tiles Plaza in Spintex is looking for a disciplined Security Guard with a strong military background to protect people, property and assets. The role requires high alertness, professionalism and strict adherence to security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all entry and exit points and conduct routine patrols of the premises, showroom and external areas.
• Maintain high visibility to deter theft, vandalism and unauthorized access.
• Operate CCTV systems, verify visitor and vendor access, and manage vehicle movement and parking.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, fire or accidents and provide first‑line assistance.
• Preserve incident scenes, document reports and maintain accurate daily logs, handover notes and incident records.
• Enforce company rules, safety standards and security protocols, and support investigations as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security or protective services.
• Basic education (SHS/WASSCE) or equivalent; military training is an advantage.
• Strong discipline, integrity, attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good physical fitness, stamina and professional interaction skills.
