Senior Marketing Manager – Personal & Private Banking

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies for the Personal & Private Banking segment in Ghana. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining clients, enhancing commercial value, and building long‑term brand equity across all media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated brand and marketing strategies that align with country objectives.
• Develop consistent messaging across digital, print and broadcast channels.
• Drive brand awareness and promote Standard Bank products and services.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, ROI and digital analytics.
• Lead data segmentation, reporting and marketing automation initiatives.
• Identify market trends, digital challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand reputation and compliance.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in integrated and digital marketing, preferably within banking or financial services.
• First degree in Marketing, Information Technology or Analytics; relevant certifications (OMCP, HubSpot, CIM, CIMG) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology and digital channel engagement.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, measuring and reporting marketing results.
