About the role

Zof AI is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive the creation of cutting‑edge AI products and the supporting infrastructure. The role requires a full‑stack mindset, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a passion for delivering production‑grade systems quickly and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production‑quality AI product features.
• Work across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI tooling as needed.
• Make strong architectural decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to translate vision into working systems.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Improve engineering standards, reliability, and delivery discipline.
• Own critical systems from concept through production.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering foundation with experience building production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work across the stack and take ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.
• Evidence of delivering high‑quality technical work.
