Shop Manager

About the role

Unique Aromas Ghana is seeking a dynamic Shop Manager to lead its flagship luxury fragrance store in East Legon, Accra. The successful candidate will act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional olfactory experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide world‑class service.
• Drive sales growth by meeting weekly and monthly targets and launching local marketing initiatives.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure attractive visual merchandising.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a pristine shop environment that reflects the Unique Aromas aesthetic.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, health & beauty, wellness, or fragrance.
• Strong leadership ability with a proven track record of motivating teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Genuine passion for fragrances, aromatherapy, and wellness.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and visual merchandising.
