About the role
We are looking for a highly driven IT Expansionist on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract, based in Accra, Ghana. The role is remote‑first and focuses on building a Tier‑2 partner ecosystem for our Secure Power business in underserved and high‑growth markets.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and activate Tier‑2 partners in new territories to expand the Secure Power ecosystem.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that drive coverage, pipeline creation and sell‑out.
- Enable partners through training, marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Generate and convert pipeline, delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Ensure adoption of Secure Power programs, tools and governance standards.
- Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing and customer trends.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
Required profile
- Strong experience in channel sales, partner development or distribution.
- Proven track record of recruiting and activating partners and driving revenue growth.
- Background working with IT infrastructure, data‑center or power solutions.
- Ability to build new markets or expand into white‑space territories.
- Excellent stakeholder management across sales, marketing and distribution functions.
