About the role

We are looking for a Transport Accounting Specialist to oversee payments, record‑keeping and reconciliations for drivers who use their own vehicles. The role combines finance expertise with close interaction with the transport team to ensure accurate driver compensation.

Key responsibilities

Process payments to self‑owned vehicle drivers on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly reconciliations.
Track trip logs, calculate driver earnings and verify mileage data.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
Coordinate with the transport department to keep driver records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
Previous experience in accounting or finance functions.
Strong attention to detail and high integrity in handling financial data.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
