About the role
The Head of Finance will lead all financial activities, ensuring optimal use of capital and resources. You will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s financial health and driving long‑term profitability through strategic planning and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.
- Approve or reject budgets and allocate resources.
- Conduct risk management and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Supervise a team of accountants and oversee cash‑flow management.
- Perform profit and cost analyses and develop cost‑reduction solutions.
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
- Maintain secure procedures for confidential information.
- Advise board members on funding options.
Required profile
- Proven experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams.
- Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting and risk assessment.
- Ability to evaluate investments and recommend cost‑saving measures.
- Experience ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal audit standards.
