About the role

UrnoHR is seeking a creative Volunteer Social Media Manager to enhance its online presence across key platforms. This remote, three‑month role offers the chance to work on real‑world projects while building a professional portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow UrnoHR’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts and stories.
  • Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Edit short videos and reels for social media distribution.
  • Assist with content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Required profile

  • Basic experience in social media management.
  • Good written communication and creative thinking.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
  • Elementary video editing capabilities.
