About the role
UrnoHR is seeking a creative Volunteer Social Media Manager to enhance its online presence across key platforms. This remote, three‑month role offers the chance to work on real‑world projects while building a professional portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow UrnoHR’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts and stories.
- Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Edit short videos and reels for social media distribution.
- Assist with content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
Required profile
- Basic experience in social media management.
- Good written communication and creative thinking.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
- Elementary video editing capabilities.
