About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will support the smooth operation of the warehouse by ensuring that all information, both physical and digital, is accurately recorded, maintained and readily accessible. This role combines data‑entry precision with hands‑on warehouse awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, update and manage information in collaboration with team members.
• Enter and maintain records in electronic databases and filing systems.
• Monitor data quality, verify accuracy and completeness of information.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies or missing data.
• Organise physical documents and digital files for easy retrieval.
• Safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
• Prepare reports, summaries and data extracts as required.
• Support staff and departments with accurate information and administrative assistance.
