About the role

The Achievers in Technology (AIT) Program is a 12‑month paid national service initiative that provides recent technology graduates with hands‑on industry experience in Ghana. Participants join Sankofatech’s teams in Accra and Tema to work on real‑world software projects while receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in practical technical training and workshops.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that address business and community challenges.
• Collaborate on end‑to‑end development cycles from ideation to delivery.
• Contribute to peer learning activities and share knowledge within the cohort.
• Build a professional portfolio showcasing impact‑driven projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in a technology‑related field.
• Strong motivation to learn and solve real business problems.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• No specific technical prerequisites are required; training will be provided.
