Analyst, Network Performance Reporting and Analytics

About the role

The Analyst, Network Performance Reporting and Analytics will gather and analyse network data, ensuring quality and integrity in reporting. The role supports business decision‑making through the Customer Experience Management (CEM) tool and contributes to service‑quality governance and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards and insights on network performance, service quality and CEM trends.
• Analyse network and commercial KPIs to identify trends, customer impact and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate network‑related incidents, assess business and revenue impact, and support regulatory compliance reporting.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable analytics and platform outputs, and monitor CEM platform performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering (Statistics a plus).
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in network performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, LTE and NR network architectures and protocols.
• Data visualisation, dashboard design and reporting tools.
• Experience with data lake, HDFS and Spark environments.
