Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead daily internal audits across multiple business functions, ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement. This role involves both routine audits and special investigations aligned with the annual audit plan.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent daily audits and risk checks covering production, procurement, warehousing, finance, sales, HR, and asset management.
• Identify abnormal transactions, process gaps, and potential fraud through data analysis, voucher sampling, system verification, and on‑site inventory checks.
• Perform audit interviews, collect data, verify evidence, and prepare standard audit workpapers.
• Carry out market research and external price verification for procurement pricing, waste disposal, and vehicle leasing.
• Follow up on audit rectifications, verify corrective actions, and report major risks and progress.
• Support headquarters and overseas audit teams on projects, risk assessments, and special investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.
• Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or ICAG preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of internal or external audit experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing or West Africa (Ghana) audit environments is highly valued.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong risk sensitivity and logical thinking.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on‑site inspections and business trips.
