Business Manager – Ghana

About the role

ARISE is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead its Ghana operations. The role combines strategic planning, financial oversight, and partnership development to drive growth across infrastructure and logistics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize company activities, contributing to overall corporate strategy.
• Develop and propose action plans and annual budget forecasts aligned with corporate objectives.
• Allocate financial resources, monitor budget execution, and validate departmental structures.
• Coordinate communication with institutions, support event organization, and sign contracts on behalf of the company.
• Identify investment opportunities, lead negotiations with JV partners, governments, and banks, and finalize concession agreements.
• Design commercial and leasing strategies, perform financial analysis, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee project planning, cost monitoring, schedule evaluation, and cash‑flow forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of managerial experience in investment banking, private equity, or investor relations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑cultural teams and build strategic partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
