Buyer – Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Buyer to support Renco’s Buildings project in Ghana. The role will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain and compare quotations.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order status.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and end‑users to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain supplier performance records and prepare procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and resolve any delivery issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
