About the role
The Electronic Installation Technician will install, maintain, and service security and safety alarm systems for clients in Accra and the Tema region.
Key responsibilities
- Install and test security and safety alarm systems and equipment.
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform regular inspections and maintenance.
- Diagnose, repair, and document any problems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Travel occasionally to client locations and provide customer education on system care.
- Write service and status reports and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Associate or technical degree.
- Track record of excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work after hours or weekends on short notice.
Required skills
- Alarm system installation and troubleshooting.
- Reading and following product manuals.
- Testing equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
