Executive Education Manager – Executive Education Programs

About the role

The Executive Education Manager will lead the design, marketing and delivery of CEIBS executive education programmes across Africa. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on creating high‑impact curricula and building strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve course curricula for open‑enrolment and company‑specific programmes.
• Design and execute aggressive marketing strategies to attract participants across the continent.
• Organise and spearhead the delivery of executive education sessions, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences.
• Establish and maintain an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client interactions and programme outcomes.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with individuals, organisations and networks throughout Africa.

Required profile

• Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience, with at least five (5) years in a comparable executive education role.
• Proven track record in developing, marketing or managing executive education programmes within a top‑tier academic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Africa‑wide networks and establish effective partnerships.
• Strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant first‑degree plus additional professional qualifications from recognised institutions.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency.
• Experience with CRM system management.
