Finance National Service Personnel Internship

About the role

Join our Finance Department as a National Service Personnel and gain hands‑on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and compliance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with internal teams and clients while developing a solid foundation in corporate finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations, ensuring accurate processing of transactions.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Help with accounts receivable and payable activities, including reconciliations and follow‑up on outstanding balances.
• Participate in cash‑management tasks such as monitoring collections and tracking cash flow.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports for decision‑making.
• Support tax compliance tasks, including VAT and withholding tax filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general ledger reconciliations.
• Help prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit processes.
• Engage in finance process‑improvement initiatives as directed by the Finance Lead.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expected CGPA of Second Class Upper or better.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
