About the role
Project HOPE is seeking a Finance Officer to support the Finance and Grants Manager in delivering the Ghana Integrated Health Partnership (IHP) activities. The role provides day‑to‑day financial support, processes transactions, and ensures compliance with donor regulations and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accounting and finance support to the Ghana IHP activity.
- Assist program staff with accounting operations and financial documentation.
- Process financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare and submit financial reports in line with donor and Project HOPE requirements.
- Support grant management, including budget monitoring and financial analysis.
- Ensure adherence to donor regulations, internal policies, and audit standards.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with at least one month of relevant experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Accra, Ghana.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Willingness to follow Project HOPE’s Code of Conduct and ethical standards.
