Financial Consultant – Life Insurance (Commission Based)

About the role

AssureAdvisors is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Consultant focused on life insurance. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a commission‑based remuneration model and provides comprehensive training for candidates with little or no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on product features, coverage options, benefits, and policy terms.
• Develop personalized proposals aligned with clients' goals, budgets, and risk profiles.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑up and service.
• Generate leads, conduct presentations, and work toward agreed sales targets.
• Prepare client applications, keep accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the independent agent network to support business development.

Required profile

• Strong interest in life insurance and financial protection planning.
• Willingness to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and financial solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
