Forklift Operator – Material Handling

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in the Accra & Tema region. You will be responsible for moving, storing and preparing goods efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and place them at designated locations.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages, report shortages or quality issues.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Move packages and materials around the facilities to ensure optimal workflow.
• Inspect machinery for needed repairs and perform regular maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies, legal guidelines and safety standards.

Required profile

• Physical strength, stamina and attention to safety.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and good communication.
• Team‑player with good spatial awareness and attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Operation and basic maintenance of forklift equipment.
