About the role
The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors, executives, investors, regulators and clients at our Accra office. You will deliver a professional, welcoming and world‑class reception experience while supporting executive offices with administrative coordination and office logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors, creating a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming calls, messages and correspondence courteously and efficiently.
- Coordinate visitor access, meeting‑room bookings and hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, dispatch records and reception documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and confidential documents.
- Support executive offices with administrative tasks and office logistics.
- Ensure reception and meeting areas remain clean, organized and aligned with corporate standards.
- Adhere to security, confidentiality and data‑protection policies at all times.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front‑desk, reception, customer service or administrative roles.
- Experience in a corporate, financial services or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Professional appearance, discretion and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
