Graduate Trainee – Food Production

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food and Beverage company, as a Graduate Trainee in Food Production. This full‑time program is designed to develop future leaders through hands‑on projects, mentorship, and cross‑functional exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead assigned projects related to the Graduate Trainee program.
• Undertake required training courses and apply new knowledge.
• Partner with managers to execute project tasks and deliver analytical support.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gain a holistic view of the organization and contribute to inter‑departmental initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance industry‑relevant skills.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience, including internships.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with project‑management experience.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
