Graduate Trainee

About the role

The Nestlé Graduate Trainee Program is a temporary 18‑month development scheme designed to build the next generation of leaders in the food and beverage industry. Based in Airport City, Accra, you will rotate across functions, receive formal training and gain hands‑on experience on real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead assigned projects related to the graduate programme.
• Undertake required training courses and certifications.
• Partner with managers to execute project tasks and deliver analytical support.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to understand business processes and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance industry‑specific knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Project‑management experience or exposure.
• Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
